Personally, I think the 5 ingredients of a dream job are doing something that: 1) you LIKE + 2) challenges your BRAIN + 3) gives you a sense of FULFILLMENT/contribution to the world/serving God + 4) lets you work with awesome PEOPLE (or maybe no people at all...) + 5) allows you to do something NEW that nobody's done before - discover/develop/plan/imagine something new, etc.
